GuruWant / Daphna Dor
GuruWant Kaur (Daphna Dor) has been teaching Kundalini Yoga, with great love, both in her home city of New York, and in Bali, since 1997. She has been focusing the last five years in building the KY community in Bali at Desa Seni, Canggu,  where she offers regularly scheduled classes, immersions and retreats. Teaching in this beautiful, international hub, it is her honor to share this amazing healing technology with people from all over the world!
Not long after discovering her love for, and commitment to, the practice of hatha yoga while traveling in India in the early 1990’s, she came across a studio in New York offering kundalini yoga classes.  Deeply moved by her connection to Self, Love and Guru, through the practice, she swiftly and organically embraced the path of kundalini yoga to deepen her path, and became a certified Kundalini teacher in 1995.  She has had the privilege of studying with a variety of senior teachers, including the master, Yogi Bhajan himself.
Daphna brings to her classes a deep respect for, and incorporation of, the body alignment of hatha yoga traditions while embracing with energy, gratitude and joy the path of transformation and higher consciousness of Kundalini Yoga. She is also a certified Yoga Therapist and teacher of Yin Yoga.
She is an intern in the Aquarian Academy, being trained and mentored by Guru Dass to become a teacher trainer. You can contact her at: daphnador@gmail.com or by phone at +62 8133-828-1050
